Did you know that April is stress awareness month?
Research has shown that stress is one of the biggest contributors to many of our illnesses.
So, how do we avoid stress?
I don't believe we can live a 100% stress free life.
However, you can learn to calm your mind and body, as soon as you feel stress coming on, or release the stress that has already affected you emotionally and/or physically.
Hypnosis, meditation and breathing exercises ...
are few of my favorite tools that help my clients and myself to reduce and avoid stress.
Taking a walk. Talking to a friend. Dancing. Etc
can help with stress as well. It depends on your personality and how much stress affects your daily life.
